Break a New Year’s Resolution with a Cookie
Amy | 3 January 2006
If you aren’t burned out on holiday sweets, make sure to try a goodie from Vail Gourmet Cookie Company! I received a gift package that made me forget all about my New Year’s resolution to take off 5 lbs.
For a true chocoholic, try the Dark Mogul cookies. Think chocololate, toffee, and macadamia nuts. The Riders Delight - a pastry type cookie with cream cheese, cinnamon and pecans - is great with coffee. And the Powder Daze is a good old-fashioned pecan, butter and powdered sugar cookie - yum. These cookies have no preservatives - only the real stuff like butter, sugar, and nuts. Next I’m going to try their brownies, cupcakes, and then the granola.
These cookies come in beautiful packaging and are perfect gifts. I just ordered a The Wake Up/Student Care Package for a friend of mine in college - a dozen cookies or a pound of granola, 1/4 pound of Morning Blend Ground Coffee and a stainless steel coffee mug. The cookies come packaged in a Chinese takeout box. How cute!
Go to www.vailgourmetcookieco.com and order something! Vail Gourmet Cookie Co. ships cookies and brownies within 24 hours of baking them. They say that they’ll stay fresh for up to 15 days after arrival.
