Events
Salomon Rail Competition
What: Pro riders will compete in a jam session format on a course built for the Vail “Session”. Competitors will compete to be one of the top five riders that will be awarded prize money every fifteen minutes. An additional prize for best trick, “The Josh Malay” ($1,500) will be awarded for both the men and women’s best trick. Competitors: 40 Men, 20 Women.

Bud Light Slopestyle Competition
What: Pro riders will compete on Vail’s slopestyle course. Overall impression of the top single run is worth $30,500! The top 5 men from last year’s finals will gain an automatic berth in the finals and an additional 10 riders will be selected from the men’s qualification. Competitors: 40 Men

Salomon Pro Clinic and Rail Competition
What: The Salomon Public Pro Clinic is followed by a casual session style competition for amateurs!
Pro riders and Vail snowboard experts will provide instruction and trick tips along Vail’s Golden Peak terrain park. Following the clinic, show off in the Salomon Public Competition. Salomon pros will judge and winners will take home a new snowboard and a Vail season pass.
Open to riders of all abilities. Space is limited so get registered early. It’s free, but you will need to provide your own lift access. Register on-site at the Event Registration Tent at the base of Golden Peak from January 12th January 16th, 8am – 6pm.
