There is theft happening to the citizens of our community thru the service departments of the Glenwood Automotive Group. The three dealerships .. Two Rivers Chevrolet, Red mountain Subaru and Red Canyon Honda are and have been charging service customers for double quantities of fluids such as engine coolant, brake fluids and other fluids. It is evident by simply compairing the quanity charged on your invoice to the manufacture’s fluid capacity specs in your owners manual. Most import cars hold less than 1 Gallon of coolant when mixed properly. This Dealer Group charges for two Gallons each time the do a 30, 60, or 90 thousand mile service. That is Stealing and customers should be aware of this practice. The Service Director at Two Rivers Chevrolet has been called on this but refuses to change due to the enormus profits generated by these dishonest practices. Please dont take my word for it. Check your invoice. Chances are you will find you are being ripped off for At Least $26.00 each time you get a major service. Also be aware they charge you 14% of the labor charge for disposing of this coolant which they simply pour down the drain into our drinking water system.
