Nia is a dance of body + mind + spirit + emotions blending elements of yoga, tai chi, martial arts, modern and ethnic dance.
 

• Friday, September 22nd – Happy Hour Nia & Potluck – 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.  Glenwood Centre for Well Being, 809 Grand Avenue.
• Saturday, September 23rd – Aqua Nia – 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
  Hot Springs Pool
  Nia – 5:00 to 6:15 p.m. – Hot Springs Pool
• Sunday, September 24th – Spirit Nia – 9:30 to 10:45 a.m.
  Glenwood Centre for Well Being, 809 Grand Avenue.

Weekend Workshop:

$65 – Includes all four sessions and Hot Springs Pool Pass
$125 – also includes one hour massage/Reiki

Individual Sessions:

$15 – Each Friday and Saturday session
$50 – Includes Hot Springs Pool Pass
