I recommend starting on Grand Avenue and walking over the bridge towards the Hotel Colorado. Fireworks will complete this first rate event.

There are a variety of items including fruit from local orchards, fresh baked breads, local wines, jerky, and you can even get a henna tattoo. Much of the local produce sold is not in yet but expect it to arrive around July 4th. According to Z’s orchard, the infamous peaches from Palisade will appear soon. They are just about ready for picking.

Listen to live music from 5-7 p.m. while you peruse the vendors or wander over to the “Cook a la Carte Tent” and watch Chef Jason Higens of 8th street deli share his recipe for cherries jubilee.
